01The mechanism

We took the meter off you, not out of the world.

Every faceless-video tool, ours included, forwards your click to somebody else’s GPU and receives an invoice per clip. That is why prices in this category are denominated in credits: a credit is a unit the vendor can reprice when the invoice moves. It is architecture, not greed — if your cost of goods scales with clip count, the obvious move is to meter clip count.

The unlimited lane is us declining to make that your problem. It calls the same third-party model API our paid engines call, and we get the same invoice per clip — but at a 480p source (720p on Unlimited Premiere, Pro and Studio; 1080p on Unlimited Ultra, Studio), which is cheap enough per clip that we can carry it inside the subscription instead of charging you for it. The scene image is inside that zero too. What keeps the arrangement solvent is not hardware we own; it is the daily clip allowance, which is why it is expressed as a published count of clips rather than as a balance we could quietly reprice.

The rest of the Studio still bills in credits, because those engines render at full resolution and cost several times more per clip. You pick the lane per video. The full argument for a generator that doesn’t spend credits is its own page.

Why we call this the only onesources · Aug 2026

In a live-sourced review of the AI-video category (dated August 2026), we found no other platform selling unmetered generation across a complete pipeline — script, AI voice, AI-generated scene visuals, AI motion clips, music, and assembly — at a flat subscription. Products that do sell genuine unmetered or relaxed-queue generation (for example Midjourney’s Relax mode at $30–120/mo, or Higgsfield’s time-boxed 7-day Unlimited at $47–99/mo) apply it only to raw image or clip generation, never to voice, music, or assembly, on any tier checked. The one product marketing an “Unlimited Video Creation” tier on a full pipeline, JoggAI, is an AI-avatar/talking-head generator with no AI scene generation, no AI motion clips, and no music generation — a different product category.

A 720p clip is roughly 2.3× the pixels and costs about twice as much to render, so it counts as two against the same budget. One budget, not a second meter — mix 480p and 720p however you like inside it.

Worked example. You are on Creator (20 clips a day), you have used 16 today, and you submit a 20-scene video. The first 4 scenes start rendering now; the other 16 continue automatically after the midnight-UTC reset, and the finished video arrives when the last scene is done. Nothing to re-submit, and no credits either way.

What you give up for it.

Four things, and we would rather you read them here than find them at scene twelve.

It is not native 1080p

This lane renders a 480p source (720p on Unlimited Premiere, Pro and Studio; 1080p on Unlimited Ultra, Studio). The file you download is 1080×1920 or 1920×1080 because that is the canvas the platforms want — but on this lane that is an upscale, and it is softer than a native render. Our paid Director's Cut and Seedance engines are native 1080p; that is what the monthly credits are for.

It is not fast

A relaxed queue is the trade. Unlimited jobs are dispatched behind the paid engines and a long video is many clips, so plan on coming back to it rather than watching a progress bar — we email you when the file is ready. Creator runs two renders at a time, Pro and Studio three. If you need a video in the next five minutes, use the paid engines.

It does not burn in captions

There is no subtitle step in the AI video renderer, so plan on adding captions in your uploader or your editor. Subtitles are generated only on the manual route, where you bring your own images and audio.

It is not literally without limit

There is a daily clip allowance and we print it on this page rather than hide it inside a credit balance. A video needing more clips than the day has left starts now with what fits and finishes automatically after the midnight-UTC reset — over up to 5 days for a very long one. You never re-submit it, and it never costs credits. That is a real limit, and we would rather say so.

Yes — the unlimited lane is live and selectable today on Creator and up.
Is the unlimited lane really unlimited?
It is uncapped in credits and capped in clips per day. A generation on this lane costs zero credits — the motion clips and the AI scene images are both included — and there is no per-video charge of any kind. What there is instead is a daily clip allowance: 20 a day on Creator, 40 on Pro, 60 on Studio, resetting at midnight UTC. Go past it and a longer video simply finishes over more than one day. We print that number rather than bury it, because a plan that says unlimited and means something else is the thing this lane exists to be an alternative to.
What happens when I hit the daily allowance?
You are on Creator (20 clips a day), you have used 16 today, and you submit a 20-scene video. The first 4 scenes start rendering now; the other 16 continue automatically after the midnight-UTC reset, and the finished video arrives when the last scene is done. Why does a 720p clip count as two?
Because it costs us roughly twice as much to render — 720p is about 2.3× the pixels of 480p, and our bill for the clip scales with them. Rather than run a second meter for HD, we weight it inside the same budget: Pro's 40-clip day is 40 clips at 480p or 20 at 720p, and you can mix them. One budget, one number, no separate HD allowance to keep track of.
What resolution does the unlimited lane actually render?
It renders a 480p source (720p on Unlimited Premiere, Pro and Studio; 1080p on Unlimited Ultra, Studio). The delivered MP4 is 1080×1920 or 1920×1080 because that is what YouTube, TikTok and Instagram expect, but on this lane that container is scaled up from the smaller source and it will look softer than a native render. Our paid Director's Cut and Seedance engines are native 1080p.
How can a whole generation cost nothing?
It costs you nothing; it is not free to make. These engines run on the same third-party model API as our paid engines — we are billed for every clip either way. What changes on this lane is who carries that bill: instead of passing it to you per clip, we absorb it into the subscription and render at a lower source resolution — a 480p source (720p on Unlimited Premiere, Pro and Studio; 1080p on Unlimited Ultra, Studio) — so the cost per clip is small enough for that to work. The daily clip allowance is the other half of the arrangement — it is what makes a flat monthly price survive contact with a heavy month, and it is why we publish the number instead of leaving it vague.
How long can an unlimited video be?
A 9:16 vertical runs up to 3 minutes across up to 34 scenes. A 16:9 widescreen runs up to 10 minutes across up to 70 scenes — but on this lane a clip caps at 6 seconds, so 70 clips is about 7 minutes, and since full videos run on this lane, that is the long-form ceiling today.
How long do I wait?
Longer than the paid engines, and long enough that you should not sit and watch it — a full video is one render per scene, and this lane is deliberately the relaxed one. We would rather not print a per-clip figure we cannot stand behind, so we will not quote you minutes here; what we will do is email you the moment the file is ready. Creator renders two videos at a time, Pro and Studio three. If a deadline is involved, the paid engines are the fast path.
Do I still get credits on these plans?
Yes, and they are for the other lane. Creator includes 40,000 credits a month, Pro 100,000 and Studio 200,000 — one wallet that pays for narration, standalone images and the paid native-1080p video engines. Unused credits roll over for up to 90 days. On Creator that balance is about 19 paid five-second Director's Cut scenes a month, next to an unlimited lane that allows up to 20 clips a day. The gap between those two numbers is the whole product.
Can I try it before subscribing?
You can try the studio free — the free tier starts with 150 credits and needs no card, which is enough to write a script and hear the voices. It is not enough for a full AI video scene: the cheapest is 420 credits. The unlimited lane itself starts on Creator at $29 a month, and Unlimited Premiere at 720p starts on Pro at $49.
