Not a clip repurposer

We do not take an existing long video and cut highlights out of it. If that is what you need, you want a repurposing tool and you should go get one — it is a genuinely different product.

Not stock assembly

We do not search a library and match footage to your words. Every scene is generated for the line it sits under, which is why the specific shot your script describes can exist at all.

Not a captions tool

There is no subtitle track on the AI pipeline and no .srt file is delivered. Add captions in your uploader or editor. Burned-in captions exist only on the manual route, where you bring your own images and audio.

How is this different from other AI shorts generators?
Most tools in the category do one of two things: cut an existing long video into clips, or match your script to stock footage. This one generates the video. Every scene is a new AI image made for the line it sits under, the main character looks identical in every scene, a cinematography pass plans the camera work across the whole short, and each clip's length is cut to the narration rather than the other way round. It is a from-scratch film, not a remix.
How long can a short be, and how many scenes?
Up to 3 minutes, which is the current YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels ceiling, across up to 34 scenes. The scene count comes from your script's actual beats rather than a template — a three-sentence script is three scenes, and a dense one can be thirty-four. You can also dial the count down and adjacent beats merge into longer shots; the narration is never cut, only the cut rate changes.
Does it burn captions onto the video?
No. There is no subtitle step in the AI video renderer and no .srt file is delivered, so plan on adding captions in your uploader or your editor — YouTube, TikTok and Instagram all generate them natively at upload. Burned-in captions exist only on our manual route, where you supply your own images and audio. We would rather say this on the page than let you discover it after a render.
What does one short cost?
On the unlimited lane, nothing per clip — a whole generation costs zero credits, motion and scene images together, and that lane is included from Creator at $29 a month. On the paid 1080p engines a short is priced per scene: a five-second Director's Cut scene is 2,050 credits at Creator-and-above pricing, or 1,500 on the lower plans, image included. There are no standalone credit packs; every plan carries one monthly balance, and a paid plan can top up with another month of its own credits at the plan price.

Which voices can narrate a short?
51 voices in the main picker plus 34 more in the full library (85 in all), across 16 languages. Twelve emotional styles are available on 18 expressive voices — no single voice supports all twelve, and the richest supports ten plus default — and pitch and pace run from −50% to +50% on every Azure voice. The same script can be re-generated in another language to multiply output without new writing.
Do the files work on TikTok and Reels too?
Yes. The output is a standard 1080×1920 9:16 MP4 with H.264 video and AAC audio, which posts natively to YouTube Shorts, TikTok and Instagram Reels. One generation, three platforms, no re-export.
What resolution is it really?
The file is 1080×1920, but on the unlimited lane that canvas is scaled up from a 480p source (720p on Unlimited Premiere, Pro and Studio; 1080p on Unlimited Ultra, Studio). It will look softer than a native render. Our paid Director's Cut and Seedance engines are native 1080p, and that is what the monthly credits are for.
Can the same pipeline do long-form?
Yes — switch the format to 16:9 and the same script goes long-form across up to 70 scenes, with the Director pacing shots for watch time instead of for a scroll. On the unlimited lane clips cap at 6 seconds, so 70 scenes is about 7 minutes — the long-form ceiling today.
