1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Vidsly, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of service

Vidsly is an AI text-to-speech, image, and video generation service, run by an independent operator (not a company). We turn text and images you provide into narrated audio, AI-generated images, and AI video. Some features and video engines are available only on certain plans. The service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Vidsly to generate content that:

  • Is harmful, abusive, hateful, or harassing
  • Violates the intellectual property rights of others
  • Is sexually explicit or depicts graphic violence
  • Violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Is used to deceive, impersonate, or defraud others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.

5. Content you provide

You retain ownership of the text, images, and audio you provide to Vidsly. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process that content, and to send it to the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy, for the purpose of generating your audio, images, and video. Video scripts, image prompts, uploaded images, and text sent to our API are screened automatically for prohibited content. We do not use your text or uploads to train AI models.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use anything you provide (e.g. copyright clearance for published works, or permission to use a person's likeness in an image you upload).

6. Generated content

Audio and video files you generate using Vidsly are yours to use, subject to the following:

  • You may use generated audio and video for personal, educational, and commercial purposes (including YouTube channels)
  • You may not resell or sublicence the service itself
  • Generated content using public domain text is freely usable; ensure any input text or images you use are appropriately licensed
  • Most finished videos get a share link; anyone who has that link can watch the video

7. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Annual plans are charged up front for the year; their credits are still delivered monthly. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard (Manage billing). On cancellation, you keep your plan and your credits until the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again after that.

Each paid plan delivers a monthly credit allotment into one wallet that pays for narration, images, and video. You receive it when you subscribe or upgrade, and after that the first time you use Vidsly while signed in during each calendar month (UTC). A month in which you don't use Vidsly adds no credits, and none are added while a payment is overdue. Unused credits roll over: your balance stays usable for 90 days after your most recent monthly grant or top-up, and each new grant or top-up restarts that 90-day window for your whole balance. Rollover is a benefit of staying subscribed: when your subscription ends, your remaining credits expire with it.

There are no standalone credit packs. While you are on a paid plan, you can buy a one-time Plan Bundle Top-up: your plan's monthly credit allotment again, at your plan's monthly price (for example, 40,000 credits for $29 on the Creator plan). Top-up credits go into the same wallet and follow the same 90-day rule. You can buy a top-up as often as you like.

Credits are a separately priced component of every paid plan and of every top-up: each credit's price equals the plan's monthly price divided by the plan's monthly credit allotment (for a top-up, the top-up price divided by its credit count — the same per-credit price, because it is the same bundle at the same price). Credits are delivered and usable immediately on payment.

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused credits except where required by law. If a payment is refunded in full or disputed, the credits it delivered are removed from your wallet. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hello@vidsly.ai within 14 days.

7.1 EU/EEA & UK consumers — right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or the UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your subscription or one-time purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase, without giving a reason.

At checkout, you expressly request that we begin performing the service immediately — including instant delivery of your credits — before the end of the withdrawal period, and you acknowledge the consequences below. We confirm that request to you by email after purchase.

If you withdraw within the 14-day period, we will refund everything you paid minus the value of the credits you have already used, calculated at the per-credit price defined in section 7. The refund goes to your original payment method within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. Once your credits are fully used, or your billing period ends, the service has been fully performed and the right of withdrawal ends.

To withdraw, email hello@vidsly.ai with the subject "Withdrawal" from your account email address. You may (but are not required to) use this model form:

"To Vidsly: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the provision of the following service: [your plan or top-up], ordered on [date]. Name: — Account email: — Date:"

8. Free plan

The free plan starts you with 150 credits on signup. For your first 30 days, once a day, a balance below 10 credits is topped back up to 10 credits; the daily top-up does not accumulate, and it stops after those 30 days. We reserve the right to modify free plan limits at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vidsly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated audio will meet your specific requirements.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then through binding arbitration if necessary.
