How do credits work?

One credit wallet a month, spent however you like across narration, scene images and video. On Creator, 40,000 credits a month is about 400,000 characters of narration, or about 19 full AI video scenes on the premium 1080p engines, or about 100 scene images, or about 80 presenter videos.

Do unused credits expire?

Not straight away. Unused credits roll over for up to 90 days while you stay subscribed.

How does the unlimited lane work?

We absorb the per-clip render bill instead of metering it, which is why a whole video costs zero credits. The source render is 480p on Creator, 720p on Pro and 1080p on Studio, upscaled to a 1080p delivery canvas, and a fair-use daily clip allowance (20 / 40 / 60 480p clips a day — a 720p clip counts as 2 and a 1080p clip counts as 4 — resetting at midnight UTC) bounds it. A video needing more clips than the day has left starts now with what fits and finishes automatically after the midnight-UTC reset — over up to 5 days for a very long one. You never re-submit it, and it never costs credits. The premium 1080p engines stay available on every plan and are paid for out of your credit balance.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. You start with 150 welcome credits, then a top-up to 10 credits a day through your first month (it doesn't accumulate). No card required.

What if a render fails?

If a generation ever fails, we refund the credits automatically — it appears in your billing history as a refund.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel anytime — you keep the plan until the period you already paid for ends.
